Summary
The Merchandising Manager Womens Accessories is responsible for developing and executing assortment and seasonal strategies across accessories categories for the Americas region. This role partners with merchandising, product, marketing, digital, CRM, visual merchandising, and supply chain teams to drive sales, optimize assortments, and meet financial goals while supporting store execution and omnichannel initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Accessories assortment strategy across multiple countries and channels
- Create long range and seasonal business strategies for multiple product categories
- Collaborate with Worldwide Merchandising and Product teams on market feedback
- Partner with Marketing Communications, CRM, Digital, and Visual Merchandising to align strategies
- Analyze selling trends and manage reorders and inventory transfers
- Work with supply chain on replenishment and target stock levels
- Present assortments and analysis to senior leadership for approval
- Support store needs including openings renovations and training tools
- Travel periodically for seasonal buys and market visits
Requirements
- 6 years of progressive merchandising experience preferably in luxury fashion
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with in-store executions and omnichannel merchandising
- Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and deliver against varying deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Self motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to travel as required
