Summary
The Online Beauty Consultant provides personalized beauty advice and e-commerce support via remote channels including email, live chat, phone and social media, acting as a brand ambassador to ensure an immersive client experience and drive online sales.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests across all remote channels including delivery, order status, cosmeto vigilance and complaints
- Assist clients during the online purchasing journey to enhance conversion and resolve navigation or payment issues
- Provide personalized beauty advice to help clients select appropriate products
- Maintain client relationships and support loyalty program and CRM related inquiries
- Promote sales through cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Collect client data and opt ins to improve CRM targeting
- Follow up with dissatisfied clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Process client orders and keep accurate records of interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Strong active listening and clear communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and composed in high stress situations
- Problem solving skills with sound judgment and adaptability
- Proficiency with basic computer tasks and digital tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Quick learner of product knowledge and brand history
- Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks in a fast paced environment
- Experience in luxury, cosmetics or sales environments preferred
