Operations Professional - The Landmark

As an Operations Professional at The Landmark, you will play a crucial role in the back of house operations, contributing to store sales and profitability. You will work closely with client advisors, management, corporate partners, and clients, ensuring excellence in service and operational efficiency.

• Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
• Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Assist with reconciling merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
• Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients.
• Support the relationship with clients to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
• Collect data during client interactions to support the cultivation of new and existing clients.

• 2 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to connect with Tiffany clients and be organized and detail-oriented.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
