Operations Professional

Summary

The Operations Professional supports back of house store operations delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. This role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, repairs and daily operational tasks to drive store sales and profitability while representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving and replenishment
• Clean jewelry and process repairs and maintenance
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence
• Capture client data during interactions to cultivate relationships
• Partner with sales professionals and management to optimize sales opportunities
• Execute hospitality and store amenities to elevate the in store experience
• Follow company operational policies and procedures and support efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organized and detail oriented with flexibility to perform varied tasks
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• College degree preferred
• Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework preferred
