Operations Professional - Yorkdale

As an Operations Professional at Tiffany & Co. in Yorkdale, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Tiffany Experience to clients by ensuring operational excellence and outstanding client service. You will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of service and brand representation.

• Provide exceptional client service and manage order fulfillment and inventory with the Tiffany Touch.
• Champion operational efficiency by completing tasks such as shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
• Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
• Partner with client advisors and management to respond to product and service inquiries.
• Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.
• Support sales efforts by deepening client relationships and handling correspondence to generate sales opportunities.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform various tasks.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
• College or university degree preferred.
