Ops and Accessories Manager

As an Ops and Accessories Manager at Richemont Americas, you will oversee straps and accessories for our entire network, supporting regional sales managers with processing orders. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service within the luxury watch and jewelry industry.

• Support Regional Sales Manager with releasing sales orders, creating return authorizations, and transferring from boutiques.
• Manage straps and accessories order entry, processing, transferring, tracking of sales orders, and updating performance reports.
• Answer questions from the entire network regarding straps and accessories, resolving issues such as delays, pricing, and client frustration.
• Follow up with consignment confirmations on a bi-yearly basis.
• Create accounts using Richemont internal tools and participate in testing new systems and ad hoc projects.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-6 years of experience, preferably in sales and operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate SAP experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills.
• Knowledge of merchandise process flows and retail math.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the luxury watch or jewelry industry is a plus.
