Outlet Quality Associate

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate is responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives to uphold RH Outlet standards and ensure a safe, functional store environment. This role partners with the Outlet Team to maintain facility systems, equipment, and grounds while minimizing operational disruptions. The associate performs preventive and reactive maintenance tasks and supports continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets (doors, carts, dollies, tools, ladders)
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and HAZMAT standards

Requirements

• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions
• Physical ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and maneuvering around store and stock areas
