Outlet Quality Associate - Schaumburg Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate supports maintenance and housekeeping operations at the Schaumburg RH Outlet, ensuring the facility meets company quality and safety standards. This role coordinates preventive and reactive maintenance, upholds OSHA and HAZMAT compliance, and partners with the Outlet Team to maintain an orderly, functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping activities
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of interior and exterior areas, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for doors, carts, dollies, tools, ladders, and other equipment
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following OSHA and HAZMAT standards

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair activities and identify process improvements
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, climbing, and other physical tasks
