Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through professional communication and a brand-reflective presence
• Proactively engage and educate customers on products, features, and craftsmanship to support informed purchases
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and policies
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the RH aesthetic
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions and support overall store sales goals

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and other physical tasks
