Outlet Sales Leader

Summary

The Outlet Sales Leader guides a high-energy sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results. This role builds customer relationships, develops team capabilities, and upholds elevated brand and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Train and develop team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns.
• Build client outreach lists and foster repeat business.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets through leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Flexibility to work across all operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of working on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
