Outlet Stock Associate - Leesburg Outlet

Summary

RH seeks an Outlet Stock Associate to receive and process inventory, move merchandise from delivery to storage and the sales floor, and maintain a safe, organized stockroom and sales environment. This hands-on role supports customer pickups and presentation of merchandise to uphold brand standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory quality
• Tag and label merchandise accurately to support inventory tracking
• Prepare items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Demonstrated adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Able to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
