Outlet Stock Associate

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, processing, and moving merchandise to ensure the Rockville Outlet sales floor and stockroom are organized, safe, and brand reflective. This hands-on role supports inventory accuracy, customer pickups, and efficient product flow while maintaining high safety and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Capability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
