Outlet Team Associate - Jersey Gardens

Summary

Provide friendly, efficient customer service on the sales floor of an outlet store, supporting daily operations and merchandising. Assist shoppers with product selection, complete sales transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized shopping environment. Work as part of a team to meet store performance and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering product knowledge and styling suggestions.
• Operate cash wrap, process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain floor sets, restock merchandise, and ensure visual standards are met.
• Support loss prevention by following store policies and reporting irregularities.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory counts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Jersey Gardens outlet location.
