Outlet Team Associate - Woodland Hills

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of the outlet store. Engage with customers on the sales floor to assist with product selection and complete transactions. Support store leadership in maintaining visual standards and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer product questions, and provide personalized styling suggestions
• Operate the point of sale system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock product, and ensure the sales floor is organized and clean
• Assist with fitting rooms, inventory counts, markdowns, and loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise as needed
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods
