Summary

The Outlet Team Associate delivers friendly, efficient customer service on the sales floor and supports day-to-day store operations at the outlet location. The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining merchandising and visual presentation standards. This part-time position contributes to achieving store sales and service goals through strong teamwork and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product information and styling suggestions to drive sales.
• Operate the point of sale system and handle cash, card, and return transactions accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock merchandise, and keep the sales floor organized and presentable.
• Receive, unpack, and process shipments; assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
