PT Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store initiatives and team training. This role focuses on driving daily sales, building client relationships, and representing brand standards in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Provide personalized, inclusive customer service and begin building a clientele.
• Support company and store initiatives, participate in team training, and deliver consistent brand-aligned experiences.
• Utilize alternative selling channels and in-store technologies to support More Ways to Shop (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) and digital product discovery.
• Maintain sales floor presentation and store standards, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends; schedule may include overnight shifts and travel as required.
