PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling to cultivate client relationships and drive sales. This role leverages product knowledge, digital tools, and clienteling to meet individual and store KPIs and serves as an entry point for future management roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalized service and product recommendations to customers.
• Drive sales by meeting individual Key Performance Indicators and supporting store sales plans.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors and team performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Support recruiting, training, and team collaboration to uphold company policies and culture.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
