PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional, personalized service on the sales floor by building lasting client relationships and showcasing deep product knowledge. They drive individual sales performance through clienteling, digital outreach, and wardrobe recommendations while supporting store standards and team initiatives. This role is an entry point for development into store management and leadership within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with tailored styling recommendations and product knowledge.
• Develop personal business through wardrobing, outreach, and use of digital clienteling tools like Polo connect.
• Support team sales goals and meet individual KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to strengthen customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives, training, and recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM for clienteling.
