PT Stock Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate performs non-selling back-of-house and in-store operational tasks to ensure merchandise is received, processed, and replenished per company guidelines while supporting the sales floor as needed. This entry-level role maintains stockroom organization, executes inventory controls including RFID scans, and helps sustain store presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight, markups/markdowns, tagging, and associate RFID tags
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans, ISOS replenishment, and stock room resets
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store-to-store transfers, reticketing, and stock delivery
• Support Brand Ambassadors and assist customers on the sales floor when required
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards

Requirements

• Back-of-house or high-volume specialty retail experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb, and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with customer-facing flexibility
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel
