PT Stock Associate

Summary

The PT Stock Associate supports day-to-day store operations by receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy and presentation. This primarily non-selling role ensures timely replenishment of the sales floor, maintains an organized stockroom, and assists the sales team as business needs dictate. The position may be offered full- or part-time and requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight within units-per-hour goals and perform markups/markdowns and tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damage, verify packaging, and ensure proper EAS/RFID tag placement.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets.
• Manage ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers; process retickets and associate tags.
• Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional point-of-sale transactions.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar high-volume retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to support customers and store personnel.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight travel.
