Stock Associate

Summary

The Stock Associate (Operations Support Associate) helps ensure smooth daily retail operations by receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise and supporting sales floor needs. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, stockroom maintenance, and replenishment tasks while assisting customers and Brand Ambassadors as needed. The position may be offered full- or part-time depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight, perform markups/markdowns, reticketing and EAS/RFID tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damage and verify packaging and sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets
• Manage ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers and deliver merchandise to the sales floor
• Support sales floor through stock checks, customer assistance, and occasional transaction processing
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar high-volume retail experience preferred
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate with team members and customers
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver throughout sales floor and stock areas, and work with cleaning chemicals
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel
