Stock Associate

Summary

The Stock Associate maintains store appearance and supports daily operations through cleaning, restocking supplies, and completing facilities maintenance tasks. This role ensures a welcoming environment for customers and staff by managing floor care, waste, and back-of-house upkeep. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Restock cash wrap supplies, office essentials, and packaging materials
• Perform daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and spot carpet cleaning
• Monitor interior lighting functionality and submit service tickets as needed
• Clean and maintain interior and exterior glass, doors, windows, shelves, and displays
• Manage waste receptacles and maintain trash removal procedures
• Maintain break room and bathroom cleanliness, sanitize appliances, and remove expired items
• Organize and sanitize office spaces and replenish bathroom supplies
• Complete facilities maintenance tasks and service channel tickets as requested

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, climb moderately, and work with cleaning chemicals
• Capability to stand, walk, and move for multiple hours
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts
