Stock Associate

Summary

The Stock Associate supports store operations by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and replenishing the sales floor. This primarily non-selling role performs inventory and operations tasks such as RFID scanning, processing shipments, retagging, and managing transfers. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and requires schedule flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and shipments, inspect deliveries, and verify packaging
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities
• Manage Ship-to-Home orders and store-to-store transfers
• Process retickets, create tags, and apply RFID/EAS tags
• Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and customer assistance when needed
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar high-volume retail experience preferred
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate with store personnel and customers
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver the sales floor and stock areas, and work around chemicals as required
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts or travel
