Stock Associate

Summary

The Stock Associate is an operations support role responsible for receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and supporting the selling team. This role executes inventory controls including RFID scans, tagging, and replenishment activities to ensure accurate product availability. The position is primarily back-of-house but supports the sales floor as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight to meet units-per-hour goals, inspect deliveries, and verify packaging and tags
• Perform RFID inventory scans and execute replenishment and stock room resets
• Manage ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers
• Create and apply tags and retickets, including EAS/RFID tagging
• Deliver merchandise and complete stock checks to support Brand Ambassadors on the sales floor
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Maintain organized stockroom and appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor

Requirements

• Back-of-house or high-volume retail operations experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Comfort with repetitive inventory tasks, tagging, and use of RFID tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills when supporting the sales floor
• Availability for a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel
