Summary

Join the Nordstrom Beauty team to create personalized beauty experiences and drive sales for luxury brands. This part-time role focuses on makeup applications, skincare analysis, and building customer relationships both in-store and through digital channels. You will work with the team to meet sales goals, support events and services, and maintain a welcoming department environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to build loyalty and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Drive sales in-store and digitally using tools such as text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store Beauty events and services
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready department
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare trends
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect and handle customer concerns empathetically
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and digital selling tools
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
