Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to build a following and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and product knowledge through ongoing training

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and the ability to connect with customers and handle concerns empathetically
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills with a goal-driven approach
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds
