Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting sales objectives and brand standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on customer engagement, styling, and maintaining visual and operational store standards. It serves as a foundation for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling to drive sales and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support team sales goals.
• Engage customers with loyalty programs and tools such as Polo Connect.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain store standards, complete opening and closing tasks.
• Support visual merchandising, floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and other operational activities.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Ability to maintain professional presentation and collaborate effectively with store team.
