Part-Time Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional lifestyle experiences by delivering personalized styling, product expertise, and thoughtful client service. They build and maintain lasting client relationships using in-person and digital tools to drive sales and meet key performance indicators. This role supports store standards, team development, and can serve as an entry point to management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales performance and support team sales goals and KPIs.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives and outreach.
• Support hiring, training, and development activities for the store team.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools preferred.
