Part Time Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by combining product knowledge, personalized styling, and strong clienteling skills. You will drive individual sales through outreach, digital tools, and thoughtful wardrobe recommendations while supporting overall store performance. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations to build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through effective outreach, wardrobing, and use of CRM tools.
• Support and coach Brand Ambassadors to maintain customer-centric behaviors and sales standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandise presentation according to brand guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, and community outreach to support business objectives.
• Assist with talent sourcing and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Comfortable standing, walking for extended periods, operating a register, and using digital sales tools.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical activity on the sales floor.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
