Personal Shopper is a commission driven senior sales role responsible for delivering exceptional personalized shopping experiences and achieving high sales volumes. Responsibilities
- Sells all store merchandise and styles clients from head to toe
- Sources new clients and introduces them to the store
- Demonstrates product and styling expertise to meet client needs
- Maintains personalized shopping salons and surrounding areas to visual standards
- Meets and exceeds sales and service targets
- Builds and grows a personal loyal client base through acquisition and retention
- Maintains and updates client profiles and information in store systems
- Communicates regularly with clients by phone mail or email for events product requests and follow up
- Networks within the community to promote the role and the store
Requirements
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Established high potential client base generating minimum one million dollars in annual sales
- Deep knowledge of wardrobe building and styling techniques
- Strong relationship building skills with empathy and emotional sales acumen
- Collaborative team oriented attitude and entrepreneurial competitive motivation
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong multitasking and minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Minimum five years of experience in a commission driven sales environment
