Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service during the holiday season by working in sales or gift wrapping roles. Positions available full time or part time from October 27 through late December, with on the job training and a seasonal employee discount. Roles focus on creating elevated shopping experiences and supporting store operations in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in assigned areas of the store
• Assist customers with product needs and refer to specialized team members as required
• Perform other sales floor duties as assigned to support store operations
• Wrap and package purchases to Holt Renfrew standards for gift wrapping roles
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure gift wrap area is prepared throughout the day
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Collaborate with store team to deliver a consistent luxury customer experience
