Summary
Personal Shopper responsible for delivering exceptional high-end sales and service, building and maintaining a loyal personal client base, and achieving significant sales volume targets through personalized wardrobe and styling expertise. This commission role requires meeting minimum annual sales targets and providing on and off-site client service while maintaining private shopping areas to visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe
- Cultivate new customers and introduce them to the store
- Demonstrate product and style expertise to meet customer needs
- Maintain private shopping suites and areas to visual standards
- Deliver exceptional sales and service and exceed sales targets
- Acquire new clients and develop and retain existing clients
- Maintain and update customer profiles in store systems
- Provide on and off-site selling and communicate regularly with clients
- Network within the community to raise the profile of the role
Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in a commission sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and generate high sales volume
- Established high value client base and ability to build relationships that translate into sales
- Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for customers
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self confident, and self motivated
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with high degree of multitasking
