Summary
The Project Manager Brand And Wholesale oversees development, approvals, and execution of initiatives across Wholesale Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Visual. This role drives projects from concept to completion through cross functional collaboration, timeline management, and vendor coordination while maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines across wholesale retail marketing and visual initiatives.
- Facilitate milestone reviews with cross functional teams to align on approvals and deliverables.
- Identify risks and dependencies and escalate with clear solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage creative requests supporting store level and wholesale channel engagement.
- Lead execution of co op advertising programs including approvals production and delivery to retailer deadlines.
- Support creative development and production of seasonal wholesale market assets including motion and video.
- Manage e vites event collateral and digital social email creative for retail promotions and wholesale campaigns.
- Coordinate yearly retail and wholesale image roll out and seasonal window programs with visual merchandising and creative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail and wholesale environments.
- Proven understanding of production processes creative development and project management.
- Strong strategic thinking problem solving and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- High degree of organizational skills and collaborative team approach.
- Previous exposure or knowledge of wholesale preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Celtra.
