Summary
Senior Manager on the Account Planning team for Fragrances and Beauty responsible for leading owned sales and inventory strategies, forecasting, business planning and performance analysis. Partner with Digital and Retail teams and support cross functional projects while managing one direct report. Role requires in-person presence a minimum of three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute retail sales and net shipment plans by month and brand during U.S. forecast updates
- Drive planning for new boutique openings including new door sales forecasting and opening orders
- Partner with Marketing and Merchandise Planning on owned inventory buys for newness campaigns
- Oversee campaign allocations by door to ensure appropriate inventory distribution
- Manage replenishment strategies for limited edition SKUs across owned accounts
- Collaborate with Owned Replenishment to align inventory strategies with financial sales goals
- Serve as business partner to Digital and Retail to adapt sales plans and inventory strategies
- Drive weekly and monthly owned business analysis to influence strategic objectives
- Support Group Director on cross functional project execution and manage one direct report
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience ideally in operations, planning, forecasting or supply chain
- 1+ year of direct team management experience
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Supply Chain Merchandising or Planning
- Highly analytical with strong Excel and systems aptitude
- Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals including forecasting and inventory management
- Strong organizational time management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate complex cross functional environments
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution and problem solving abilities
- Commitment to developing team members through coaching and leadership
