Summary
The Senior Manager, Key Accounts is the primary contact with retailer buying offices, responsible for driving growth across national accounts through strategic planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales targets and secure premium in-store and online exposure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as key point of contact for retailers to strengthen relationships and streamline communication
- Maintain and share activation calendar for major accounts and ensure internal alignment
- Provide weekly and monthly commentary and insights to inform strategy and adjustments
- Manage account door counts and product lifecycle including SKU setup and discontinuations
- Build, forecast and track retail gross returns discounts and net sales by account
- Partner with marketing visual merchandising and digital teams on assortments promotions and product page updates
- Coordinate inventory planning with retailers and global demand planning to ensure on time delivery
- Schedule in store updates and execute logistics for secondary placements
- Assist with meeting planning recaps and task follow up
Requirements
- 6 Years of Experience in a corporate environment preferably wholesale or retail focused within beauty or related industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize multi task
- Experience in account forecasting inventory planning and promotional execution
- Proven ability to build cross functional relationships and collaborate with marketing digital and planning
- Ability to manage timelines and drive projects to completion
- Capacity to perform light to moderate lifting and remain stationary for extended periods
