Summary
Senior Manager on the Account Planning team for Fragrances and Beauty responsible for owned sales and inventory strategies, sales budgets and forecasting, performance analysis, and cross functional partnership to drive Owned business performance. This role reports to the Group Director and will manage one direct report while supporting planning for boutique openings and replenishment of limited edition SKUs.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute retail sales and net shipment plans by month and brand during forecast updates
- Drive planning for new boutique openings including forecasting, opening orders, and campaign allocations
- Partner with Marketing and Merchandise Planning on inventory buy decisions for newness campaigns
- Oversee campaign allocations by door to align inventory with sales potential and store capacity
- Manage replenishment strategies for limited edition SKUs across Owned accounts
- Collaborate with Owned Replenishment to align inventory strategies with financial sales goals
- Serve as business partner to Digital and Retail teams to adapt sales plans and inventory strategies
- Perform weekly and monthly business analysis to influence strategy and identify opportunities
- Support Group Director on cross functional project execution and team development
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience preferably in operations, planning, forecasting, distribution or supply chain
- 1+ years of direct team management experience
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Supply Chain Merchandising or Planning
- Highly analytical with strong Excel and systems aptitude
- Fundamental knowledge of supply chain topics including forecasting and inventory management
- Strong organizational time management and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate complexity with a growth mindset
