Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors create exceptional client experiences by combining product knowledge, personalized styling, and strong relationship-building skills. This part-time retail role focuses on driving sales, supporting team performance, and leveraging digital tools for clienteling. The position also serves as an entry point for future management opportunities within the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and deep product knowledge.
• Drive individual and team sales results by meeting KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contributing to sales plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools (e.g., Polo connect) to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Support store visual standards, participate in store initiatives, training, hiring, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around sales floor, stock and dressing rooms.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools and strong communication skills.
