This customer-facing role leverages digital tools and CRM to support clienteling and drive individual and store sales. The position supports team goals, visual standards, and contributes to talent sourcing and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales performance and support the team in meeting monthly and annual targets.
• Utilize CRM (Polo Connect) and digital tools to capture customer data and enhance clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, and community outreach.
• Support hiring efforts by sourcing and networking for talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Comfortable operating the register and using digital sales tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
