Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional customer experiences by delivering personalized styling, building lasting client relationships, and leveraging digital tools to drive business. This part-time, in-store role supports sales goals through proactive outreach, thoughtful product recommendations, and coaching of peers. Ambassadors maintain visual standards and participate in store initiatives to uphold the brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors.
• Adapt selling approach for in-person and remote customer interactions.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store training, company initiatives, and community outreach.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and help source talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
