Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for kids' apparel and shoes at Oak Park Mall. Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools including text and social media while building and maintaining customer relationships. Maintain department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit advice and develop product knowledge
• Use text, social media, and other selling tools to engage customers and open rewards accounts
• Keep the department customer-ready: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and complete price markdowns
• Work a flexible schedule and support other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and self-motivated
• Goal-driven with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using technology and networking tools to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical capability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
