Summary

Provide personalized footwear sales and styling both in-store and through digital channels, cultivating and growing a customer following. Achieve sales goals using in-person advising and outreach via text and social media while delivering confident guidance on style and fit. Collaborate with the department team to maintain a customer-ready floor and support omnichannel selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling, using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit recommendations to customers
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Enroll customers in the store rewards program and support omnichannel order activity
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed and work a variable schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong organization and follow-through
• Comfort using networking and technology to drive sales and engage customers
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment and work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds
