The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service on the sales floor, providing personalized styling recommendations and building lasting client relationships. The role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, outreach, and use of digital tools while supporting team goals and store standards. Sales Ambassadors also mentor peers, contribute to store initiatives, and help source talent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales performance and support the team in meeting monthly and annual sales goals.
• Strategize personal business growth through comprehensive wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling.
• Coach and guide peers to promote customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and training programs.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours; able to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM for client outreach preferred.
