Summary

As a Part-Time Sales Ambassador, you deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized styling, product knowledge, and attentive clienteling. You cultivate lasting relationships to drive sales and support store goals while mentoring brand ambassadors and maintaining brand standards. The role leverages digital tools and CRM to enhance outreach and grow personal business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service, provide styling recommendations, and showcase product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Drive individual sales performance and support team targets, meeting KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
• Leverage CRM tools like Polo Connect for clienteling and meaningful customer data capture.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to ensure consistent, customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, training, and recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in a high-volume or specialty environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM is preferred.
