Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and contribute to team sales goals and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver consistent, customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, community outreach, and hiring support.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM for outreach and client management.
