Quality Assurance Temp

Summary

The Quality Assurance Temp assists the QA team with first-run production approvals, dual/second sourcing reviews, and auditing current production of jewelry. The role supports inventory transactions, documentation, and testing activities while performing XRF analysis and diamond scanning with provided training. This is an on-site, hands-on position focused on ensuring product quality and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory transactions and cycle counts
• Support QA Inspector and Analyst in initial production approval, documentation, and evaluation of merchandise
• Perform XRF analysis on incoming components and finished goods (training provided)
• Perform scanning of diamonds in production goods (training provided)
• Tagging, bagging, and handling of merchandise as needed
• Create and maintain QA documentation and assist with testing
• Provide general support to the QA team as required

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written communication and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience working as part of a team
• Minimum of 1 years jewelry experience preferred
• Oracle proficiency preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
