Receiving Support Associate

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate assists with the intake, inspection, and organization of incoming merchandise at the store. This role supports inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and timely replenishment of the sales floor. The associate works closely with store operations and merchandising teams to ensure product is processed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Unload, sort, label, and stage merchandise for stocking or returns.
• Update inventory and receiving records in the store system as directed.
• Replenish the sales floor and assist with transfers between stockroom and floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and receiving area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in receiving, stockroom, or retail operations preferred.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise regularly (may require frequent lifting).
• Attention to detail and basic numeric skills for inventory tracking.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a part-time schedule including weekends as needed.
