Summary

The Receiving Support Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming merchandise at the Sherman Oaks store. This role supports inventory accuracy and ensures products are routed to the sales floor or stockroom efficiently. The associate will collaborate with store operations to maintain organization and safety in the receiving area.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Process invoices and update inventory systems accurately.
• Move merchandise to the stockroom or sales floor and maintain stock organization.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory systems.
• Availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
