Registry Consultant - Short Hills

Summary

As an in-store Registry Consultant at the Short Hills location, you will deliver personalized registry and gift services to clients, guiding selections and creating memorable experiences. You will manage registry appointments, maintain product knowledge, and drive sales through one-on-one consultations and timely follow-up. This role partners with store teams to maintain displays and support registry events.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized registry consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients.
• Create, manage, and follow up on gift registries using store systems.
• Meet individual sales and conversion targets and track client activity.
• Maintain registry displays, samples, and merchandising standards.
• Support and host registry events and in-store appointments, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or customer-facing experience; registry or event-planning experience preferred.
• Proven sales skills with strong product knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and appointment-management abilities.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
