Residential Trade Leader - Montecito

Summary

Lead and grow the interior design trade business within the Gallery by delivering a luxury client experience and building a high-performing team. The role combines client-facing trade development, project oversight, and team leadership to achieve fiscal goals and expand trade relationships. The Residential Trade Leader partners with gallery leadership and cross-functional teams to execute projects and elevate the brand's presence in the design community.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team dedicated to servicing interior design trade clients and projects.
• Develop and grow the residential trade business through client outreach, consultations, gallery tours and site visits.
• Manage multiple trade projects of varying size and scope, coordinating internal services and installations.
• Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop trade strategies and ensure fiscal goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to support project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a high-end interior design showroom, luxury retailer or design firm with proven trade relationships.
• Relationship-driven, entrepreneurial, results-oriented with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Google applications and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Ability to interpret floor plans, travel locally or out of state, and frequently lift or mobilize items up to 25 lbs.
