Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support - Shoes - Somerset Collection

Summary

Provide customer service at checkout and on the sales floor in the shoe department. Assist with sales, returns, customer questions, and store support while helping keep the department organized and ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions, returns, and questions in person and by phone.
• Listen to customer needs, share product and fashion knowledge, and help with purchase decisions.
• Keep the cash wrap and sales floor organized, clean, and restocked.
• Tell customers about events, gift cards, and the rewards program.
• Support other store areas, including order fulfillment and pickup.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency and interest in learning new applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
